Refund policy

30-Day US Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all domestic orders within the United States. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to submit a valid return request.

To qualify for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scratches, or any form of damage, with all original tags attached and intact, and kept in the original packaging. A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is also required for all return applications.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return shipping instructions. Please note that all return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept any returned items sent back without prior official return authorization.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please carefully inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact our customer support right away. We will evaluate the issue and provide a proper solution in a timely manner.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: custom-made clothing including custom-sized orders and personalized garments; intimate apparel such as lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear; final-sale clearance items; and gift cards.

We reserve the right to reject returns for any items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned with missing or removed original tags.

Exchanges

We do not support direct product exchanges. To receive a different item, please submit a standard return request for your current order. Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved for refund, you may place a new, separate order for your desired product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For all customers residing in the European Union, you are entitled to the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your EU order within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods without providing any reason for cancellation. All returned EU items must remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags intact and original packaging preserved.

Refund Processing

We will inspect all returned items promptly after delivery. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
